Hour rate for non-contractual clients: 33 EUR per 1 hour of administration/PC maintenance,excluding VAT. Unit price for server administration (overdraw of amount of service package) : 100,- €. Services (including prepaid fees) network administration / PC / server assume already installed and configugured OS and related software and hardware equipment. Initial installation and configuration of computers/server/software and hardware is realized and priced separately - depending of type of OS for PC, of type of server and required functionalities and settings.
Service packages over 20 PC
Prepaid packages of sevice for network with over 20 PC realize individual, depending on server, platfor and required properties. Calculation of monthly fee by common OS and network setting is following: · Monthly fee depends on the number of servers, work stations sand printers. · Unit price for PC for number 20 – 50 is set 19 €, for number 50 – 100 PC, is set 17 €. · Unit price for server is set 100 € . · Servis printers is priced individual and may be free under certain condition (dependes on the number of PC and printers). · Example of calculating the monthly fee and theunit price for each device, is for a network with 40 stations listed in following table:

Prepaid package fee includes following services: · Guaranteed reaction time to 4hours from the requirement registration · On-line record requirements for service interventions /Registration of service interventions · Consultations by phone, electronically (e-mail, instant messaging), personal · Advise in security area of IT infrastucture with possibility of security audit · Administration and monitoring servers (platforms MS Windows and GNU/Linux) · Monitoring and solving problems in computer network · Maintenance, update a upgrade operating systems and application software of client station · Advise in selection the right hardware to upgrade existing PC and provide delivery hardware (price of the hardware is priced separatrely - separate billing) · Design of configuration of new PC and provide their delivery (price of the hardware is priced separatrely - separate billing) · Provide management of software equipment licence and provide requirement for new licences (new licences are subject of separate billing) · Creation and administration of VPN network · Configuration of FTP/sFTP server and its administration · Service of administration in a distance for interventions, where is not required personal attendance administator at a client
