Description of the solution: IS Malt plant is automated enterprise-wide information system which records the whole cycle of barley by production of malt, which has been created according to the specific cliental requirements. Information system contains basic modules:

1. purchase barley,

2. production of malt,

3. dispatch of malt,

4. laboratory,

5. traceability.

In addition to these modules information system includes a module Administration for managing users.

1. Module Puchase barley

This model captures the process of purchase barley and contains the following functions: registration of supplies of barley, storage management of barley, registration of purchasing tickets of barley, registration of production batches, registration of barley quality indicators and reporting configuration.

2. Module Production of malt

This modulecaptures the process of production of malt and contains following functions: registration of production batches of malt, registration of production parameters, registration of quality indicators malt, storage management of barley and reporting configuration.

3. Module Dispatch of malt

This module captures the process of dispatch to clients and contains following functions: register clients, record contracts with clients, register of expeditors, and register of expeditionary orders, records orders of train and truck transport.

4. Modul Laboratory

This module captures the process of all laboratory tests of barley and malt with reporting configuration.

5. Module Traceability

This module provides a comprehensive review of the quality of malt from his dispatch to the purchase.
