Description of the solution: Motion control, electrical, hardware and technology solution manipulator for inserting hybrid batteries in vehicles (H3 hall, ground floor, device number: 37-90D 322234) and integration into existing production lines. Projection switchboards and electrical distribution NN, processing project and multilingual documentation in system EPLAN. Proposal and implementation of management programs in Siemens STEP7, komunication between S7-300, pneuisland Festo, HMI  interfaces, if necessary master system via Profibus/Profinet. Vizualization of whole process assambly for multi-panel MP 377 vo WinCC. Implementation of automated (noncontrol) reverse through the scanner SICK.

Description of solution: Development ofsofware and hardware solutions for functional testing of cabling 7L5 971 277B/C. System  on basis of bar code differentiate the type of cabling and automatically adjust the testing process. The test results are saved in a database, from where they can be re-viewed or printed. To print/export is in system integrated in a user-customizable output form.
